Your hosting console includes a self-service restore system: you can browse previous versions of your files and folders and restore them yourself, without opening a ticket.
Restoring files and folders
- Sign in to your management console.
- Click the domain concerned.
- Open the File explorer.
- Click PREVIOUS VERSIONS, top right.
- Pick the date and time of the data you want to restore.
- Tick the files or folders to restore.
- Click Restore selection. Depending on the volume, this can take several minutes.

How far back the snapshots go
| Frequency | Retention |
|---|
| Every 10 minutes | Over the last hour |
| Every hour | Over the last 36 hours |
| Once a day | Over the last 7 days |
Beyond 7 days
There is no restore available past that 7-day window — neither self-service nor through us. Keep your own backups outside the hosting account, especially before anything delicate: a CMS upgrade, a migration, a change of PHP version.
Databases
Databases are restored through a separate feature — see How to restore a database (article in French).
